My Account is the place on Niteflirt where you store your personal
information. You can reach it from anywhere on the site by clicking
the My Account link on the My Niteflirt page. After you sign in,
you can:

- View your activity from the current or previous month
- Change your credit card or other payment information
No one but you has access to your account and is protected by your
password.
Giving
Feedback
After you make a Niteflirt Call, you'll be asked to rate your experience
by using your touch-tone keypad to give that listing a rating of
between one to five stars (5 stars being
the highest). A rating of 4 or 5 will improve that listing's
overall rating; a rating of 1 or 2 will lower it.
If you're using more than one line, when your call is over, you'll
also see a page inviting you to leave feedback in the form of a
one to five star rating and/or written comments which will appear
alongside the listing. Please be fair and responsible in your comments;
remember, anyone who clicks on that listing will be able to read
them! You can also leave written feedback by finding the listing
you just called on your Account Details page (found on the My Account
page in My Niteflirt) and selecting Leave Feedback.
We'd like to urge all Niteflirt members to please use caution and
good judgment when leaving feedback for your advisors. What you
write can be read by other members, and you can't go back and edit
your remarks--they become a permanent part of that advisor's record.
Adult
Policy
Niteflirt requires all Members to be 18 years old or older to use
any area of the Niteflirt website. In addition, to view listings
in the "Adults Only" area, Niteflirt requires Members
to provide credit card information and agree to the Adults Terms

Time
Zones
Suppose you find a listing you'd like to call, and you want to know
what time it is in that person's location. If you're signed in,
you can find out by checking that person's availability schedule.
**Remember, though, that the green Call Now icon will let you know
whether or not that person is Available, no matter what time it
is where he or she lives.
Feedback Policy
Please also bear in mind that you can be held legally responsible
for damages to someone's reputation if a court finds that your remarks
are defamatory. Under applicable laws, including the Communications
Decency Act, Niteflirt is not legally responsible for the feedback
that members post on its site, even if that feedback is defamatory.
Niteflirt provides a feedback forum as a place for our members to
express their opinions, and we will neither censor these opinions
nor investigate them for accuracy.
However, to ensure that the feedback system is not abused, Niteflirt
has some basic rules, and we will remove feedback in the limited
situations in which those rules aren't followed.
Circumstances
In Which Niteflirt Will Consider Removing Feedback:
The feedback, on its face, has absolutely no connection with the
transaction conducted on Niteflirt.
The feedback contains profane or vulgar language, or adult material.
The feedback contains personal identifying information about a Member,
including real name, address, phone number, or email address.
The feedback is left by a Member who provided Niteflirt with false
contact information during the registration process, and cannot
be contacted.
A Member leaves multiple feedback in order to harass one or more
Members.
The feedback is left by a Member who has been removed for violations
of the House Rules or Member Agreement.
